The wedding of Lee-Marie and Shane

Lee-Marie and I met close to 18 months ago to discuss their wedding and work out if we were a good match for each other and I’m glad to say, I think we really were! LOL we got to talking about football (I have no idea how) but the thing that sticks in my head from our meeting was their incredibly romantic proposal. On the day that Shane proposed, Lee-Marie was very unwell, he had sent her flowers (not because she was unwell but because he intended to propose) decided to take her out to her favourite restaurant for tea and had arranged for a MCGORGEOUS ring! After possibly having a domestic about going out for tea (bahahaha) Shane bought Lee-Marie home and had arranged for their dog Misty to greet Lee-Marie with her engagement ring in a box, placed carefully around her neck.  This clever and romantic plan that Shane had, didn’t quite go as “planned” as Misty came bounding into the lounge room with the ring box open and no engagement ring to be seen! Insert Shane scrounging around on the floor looking for the engagement ring and Lee-Marie looking perplexed and confused as to what on earth was going on!

Fast forward to December of this year and it’s wedding time and it was lovely to catch up with Lee-Marie and Shane at their gorgeous wedding!

Mc BLING!

Doesn’t Lee-Marie remind you of someone straight out of  Jane Austin Novel. She just has this classic beauty about her.

Meet Miss Misty:)

Even though we were battling gale force winds before, during and after your ceremony you guys were troopers and so much fun to work with! I really hope your night continued to be as much fun as the day festivities. I think you guys are awesome and it’s so nice to see two people just smitten with one another:).

The Monday following their wedding, Lee-Marie sent me the below gorgeous email! Wish I could put her in my pocket and keep her!

“Hey Emma

Thank you so much for Saturday!  Everyone was commenting how much they loved you. My step dad was extra impressed how you remembered everyone’s names throughout the day.

You were so calm and you made Shane and myself feel really comfortable.

Super excited to see the pics!

 Speak soon

 Lee-Marie”

Much love
